Safe seals
The sun was setting when I reached a protected beach on the west coast California Pacific shore. Someone had put up walkways and fences to give these creatures a fair shake at surviving. Warnings and an emergency phone number were posted to assure the animals would remain safe.
Settle down with people who have your best interest at heart and who protect your welfare. This is my flashback of good for today. Suzy Shepard

The aspen tree is a study in resilience. Thousand year old aspen roots survive forest fires and send up new trunks. When traumatic life experiences burn on the surface, remember the aspen. Your deep roots will survive and grow into a life not wasted - a life worth living. You will have flashbacks of good.

These wonderful creatures know the comfort of being able to trust the physical closeness of their mutual friends, unafraid that one would nip or snarl. I can imagine that when one moves even in sleep, the other snuggles up close again. They all rest in secure in their knowledge of oneanother. There are all kinds of people that we must associate with in life, but finding a group like this one to spend time that encourages us to be ourselves without fear of a nip or a snarl is like a deep rest that regenerates our souls.
