Mind parking lot
When not in use, cars are parked. Likewise, ideas can have a place to go until they become more developed or useful. I created a mind parking lot — a file folder where I throw pieces of paper on which I’ve written things to think about in the future. For instance, the idea for this blog was written on a paper and thrown into the mind parking lot folder. Months later the idea was developed and turned into a web site.
Something so precious as your ideas should not be lost. Create a mind parking lot where you leave ideas until you are ready to use them for the good of yourself or others. This is my flashback of good for today. Suzy Shepard

The aspen tree is a study in resilience. Thousand year old aspen roots survive forest fires and send up new trunks. When traumatic life experiences burn on the surface, remember the aspen. Your deep roots will survive and grow into a life not wasted - a life worth living. You will have flashbacks of good.
