Early bird?
I grabbed my camera just in time to snap this picture of a robin catching a worm. Around 1670, a platitude/proverb was published stating that only the early bird catches the worm. I hate to tell that person, but the bird and his feathered friends caught worms all day long. This guy was having lunch. (Click photo to enlarge.)
Question platitudes and resolve that you will find what you need — no matter what the time of day or the number in competition. This is my flashback of good for today. Suzy Shepard

The aspen tree is a study in resilience. Thousand year old aspen roots survive forest fires and send up new trunks. When traumatic life experiences burn on the surface, remember the aspen. Your deep roots will survive and grow into a life not wasted - a life worth living. You will have flashbacks of good.
