Out of the ruts

The constant winter freezing and warming caused deep public road potholes. They have damaged my tires, alignment, and wheel balance. Not to worry however. There is always a way to go around them or improve my mode of transportation.
Partnerships, friendships, family cohesiveness, work conditions, physical health, or financial assets can erode and diminish. Your inherent resilience and flexibility will get you out of every one of life’s little ruts. This is my flashback of good for today. Suzy Shepard







The aspen tree is a study in resilience. Thousand year old aspen roots survive forest fires and send up new trunks. When traumatic life experiences burn on the surface, remember the aspen. Your deep roots will survive and grow into a life not wasted - a life worth living. You will have flashbacks of good.
